Jonathan Robins is the co-founder of Experiment. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Jonathan immigrated to the United States in 1987 where he completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management in 1991. In 1992 Jonathan purchased a small bakery in Phoenix, AZ which has grown from one employee to over forty employees today. Jonathan has learned the most by being in the kitchen/bakery; but his formal training includes a three-year apprenticeship with a French baker, formal training from American Institute of Baking (AIB) and The San Francisco Baking Institute (SFBI).
Brandy Jackson is the other Experiment co-founder, partner, development director and guest experience extraordinaire. Brandy grew up in the Midwest and worked in the restaurant industry. After moving to Arizona Brandy changed focus into the baking industry.
